Conrad’s serves a hot simmered Vienna all beef, natural casing frankfurter inside a perfectly steamed poppyseed bun, tangy yellow mustard, neon green sweet relish, freshly chopped Spanish onions, garden ripe tomato slices, crisp garlicky dill pickle spear, spicy sport peppers and a dash of celery salt.
Conrad’s Polish sausage, Maxwell Street style
Maxwell Street Market and the birthplace of the "Maxwell Street Polish". Conrad’s serves a delicious Vienna all beef, century-old recipe secret blend of spices. Hardwood hickory smoked Polish sausage inside a perfectly steamed poppyseed bun, robust German Düsseldorf mustard, and sweet caramelized Spanish onions.
Conrad’s Italian beef sandwiches
A Chicago street food original. This is not an ordinary bland French dip. Conrad’s Italian Beef is served on a hot toasted thick French roll, beef top round slow roasted with onions, celery, garlic and Italian herbs. The beef is sliced razor thin then piled high in the roll and dipped in the roast's rich gravy. Prepare for a flavor explosion. Conrad's recommends roasted sweet bell peppers and spicy giardiniera, a spicy Italian relish vegetable mix for a unique layer of spicy flavor.
